CALI Real Estate is a family-owned boutique brokerage based in Fountain Valley, California. Founded more than two decades ago, we've built our business on a simple principle: treat every client like family. That's what made us different in 1999, and it's what makes us different today.

We've stayed deliberately small. A boutique office means an intentional client load, a personal point of contact, and a broker who actually walks your property — not a template applied to every listing. Whether you're listing a $2M Armstrong Ranch estate or buying your first condo, you get the same care, the same negotiator, the same neighbor.

Today, CALI is led by a second-generation broker — born and raised in Orange County, fluent in English and Vietnamese, and fully licensed in real estate, mortgage, and brokerage. We work across every property type and price point — new builds, resales, purchases, and listings; single family, condos, townhomes, and multi-units. Orange County has changed enormously since we opened our doors, but the way we treat people hasn't. We turn down clients we can't serve well. We say what we actually think.
